Is it ok to mix 220v and 110v home theater components??
For example, I have a 110v power amp and I plug-it in to a 220v pre-amp...what would happen. Of course both will be plugged-in to their proper outlets on the wall. I have both separate 110v and 220v outlets in one room.

- So long as you hook your components to their proper voltage sources you should be just fine since all signal level outputs are low voltage anyway.
- The ONLY real problem you might have is the possibility of HUM being passed from unit to unit....especially the units with the 3 prong grounding on them.... So I suggest using the 3 prong to 2 prong adaptors on your 110 units with 3 wire AC cords.....
